Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock placement.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Inspect equipment for any mechanical issues and report them to management immediately.
- Follow all standard operating procedures for material handling and lifting.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for time tracking and inventory logging.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
