Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Sit-down, Stand-up, Reach) safely and efficiently to move pallets and merchandise.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers in a timely and organized manner.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including scanning and labeling stock accurately.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification required (Class A, B, or C).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
