Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure optimal safety.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and meet daily production targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments and palletizing products for outbound delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Certification training provided if no experience).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Proven reliability and a history of punctual attendance.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
