Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and trailers with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock locations within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure order fulfillment targets are met.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
