Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials and products within the warehouse
- Inspect and maintain forklift equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas
- Assist with inventory counts and record keeping
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Previous forklift operation experience preferred but not required; training provided
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to and from work
