Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized and accessible.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required) or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
