As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our distribution center runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform routine safety inspections and maintenance checks on forklift equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any logistical issues.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
