Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor equipment.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory against shipping manifests to ensure accuracy.
- Package and label goods securely for distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
