Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from inventory using handheld scanners and pick tickets with high accuracy.
- Load and unload trailers and delivery trucks in an organized and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to 5S standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld devices efficiently.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory audits as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn scanning software.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
