Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials efficiently.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper organization of stock within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect equipment for damage before operation and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Follow all loading and unloading procedures to prevent damage to goods.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
