Responsibilities
- Safely Operate Equipment: Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, including picking, packing, and labeling.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of machinery and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production goals.
- Housekeeping: Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class 1, 3, or 4) required.
- Experience: Proven experience in warehouse operations or material handling.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid Driverβs License required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Communication: Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively with supervisors.
