As a key member of our logistics team, you will ensure the efficient movement of goods, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold the highest safety standards in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklift equipment to ensure mechanical safety.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas to optimize warehouse flow.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CFO) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer skills for inventory logging and paperwork.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
