Responsibilities
- Select and Pick: Accurately locate and retrieve items from shelves based on picking tickets.
- Pack and Prepare: Safely pack products into boxes, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and verify quantities against order lists.
- Inventory Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Keep Clean: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on accuracy and follow instructions precisely.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to maintain consistent attendance.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
