As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our state-of-the-art warehouse. You will be working with cutting-edge material handling equipment and will be part of a supportive, high-performance team.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including packaging and labeling, as required.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (CDL Class A or B is a plus).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating industrial forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
