Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning pallets and organizing stock in designated storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of orders and efficient workflow.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including shrink-wrapping, labeling, and organizing pallets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator with valid license (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
