Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections and equipment maintenance checks.
- Load and unload freight trucks while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Verify shipment contents against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid forklift certification.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
