Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products accurately to designated storage areas or shipping docks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, perform daily pre-shift inspections, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and identifying discrepancies.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision to ensure on-time delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Experience: Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and quality control.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and willing to work flexible hours, including overtime.
- License: Valid Driver's License (if required for site access).
