Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load and unload shipments accurately, ensuring proper documentation and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform routine daily inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Must be presented at time of interview).
- Previous experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
