Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse and work area are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Inspect equipment for any mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA preferred or willing to obtain).
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tasks.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
