Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials with precision and speed.</li><li>Conduct daily safety inspections of all forklift equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.</li><li>Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping processes.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping targets.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Certified forklift operator (Class A, B, or C) with a valid driver's license.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.</li><li>Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.</li><li>Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.</li><li>Must pass a background check and drug screening.</li></ul>
