Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Verify inventory accuracy by counting stock and performing regular cycle counts.
- Follow safety protocols strictly, including wearing PPE and adhering to OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency and prevent accidents.
- Assist in the packing and shipping process by preparing orders and labeling packages accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and safety procedures quickly.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not always required for entry-level).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
