Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment for potential mechanical issues and report maintenance needs.
- Stack pallets and organize inventory to ensure efficient warehouse flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Accurately count and verify inventory against shipping documents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and shipping orders.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
