Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and stage products safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of stock movements.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Must Hold: Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Class A or B).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate tight spaces.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and basic computer literacy.
