Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Load, unload, and move materials between storage areas and shipping docks.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CDL Class B or PPT) is required.
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
