We are currently filling multiple positions for both experienced operators and those with a valid certification looking to launch their career.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment for safety issues before each shift and report any malfunctions.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated areas to ensure efficient workflow.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments using scanners and inventory management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Minimum 1 year of previous forklift experience is preferred but not always required for trainees.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning.
