Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock levels accurately.
- Inspect machinery for potential issues and report any maintenance needs.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator License (required).
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills for inventory labels and logs.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
