Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Inventory management, including picking, packing, and scanning items accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects regularly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
