The Role:

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Accurately stock inventory and maintain organized storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current Forklift Certification.
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery (Forklift, Reach Truck, etc.) is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
