Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
- Organize and maintain a clean, organized storage area to ensure efficient inventory flow.
- Accurately count and record stock levels using inventory management software.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (reach truck, sit-down forklift, or pallet jack).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse operations.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory data.
