Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload freight trucks, ensuring proper inventory accuracy.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory needs.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
