Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure timely distribution.
- Equipment Operation: Operate electric and internal combustion forklifts, clamp trucks, and other warehouse equipment efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in checking stock levels, organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate placement in the warehouse.
- Documentation: Complete daily logs, inspections, and paperwork accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff to streamline operations and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for motivated individuals willing to learn. Prior forklift experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and operating machinery.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic counting and arithmetic for inventory checks.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
