Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and maintain forklift equipment to ensure it is in proper working order before and during shifts.
- Organize warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock counts and proper placement in storage areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor to maintain a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred) or willingness to obtain one through our training program.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and comprehend basic safety instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
