Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized according to company standards.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of forklift equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of potential hazards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo a paid forklift operator training program.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
