Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Stack pallets according to established safety guidelines and weight distribution rules.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but entry level candidates are welcome.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift operator license (we offer training for the right candidates).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
