Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move products onto and off of pallets, trucks, or shipping containers efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists.
- Use RF scanners and handheld devices to track inventory in real-time.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and safety goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus but not always required.
