As an Overnight Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our customers. This position offers a perfect work-life balance with no weekend rush, allowing you to enjoy your days off while the rest of the world works.
Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work a rotating Overnight Shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation and a history of consistent work attendance.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all roles.
