Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment for mechanical issues and ensure it is in proper working condition before use.
- Organize and stack inventory accurately to maximize warehouse space and efficiency.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas and shipping deadlines.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of the work area to ensure a professional appearance.
- Report any damaged goods or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus, but not required for this role.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
