Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Conduct routine pre-shift inspections of machinery to ensure safety compliance and proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and labeling stock according to warehouse management systems.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning work areas and organizing storage aisles.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (CFL) or valid forklift training certificate.
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
