Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and speed during the shipping and receiving process.
- Inspect forklift equipment for any mechanical issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory counts and document stock movements accurately using warehouse management software.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification: Must hold a current Class A, B, or C operator license.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required for some driving duties.
- Background Check: Must pass a drug screen and background check.
