Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure mechanical safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Verify product counts and ensure accurate labeling during the receiving and shipping processes.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA 10 or 30 Forklift Operator Certification.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
