Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and pack customer orders, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and according to training.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouses).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a fast-paced team setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
