Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy of stock levels and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Inspect equipment for wear and tear, reporting any maintenance issues or malfunctions immediately.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and shipping schedules during the night shift.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to work night shifts and maintain high energy levels during late hours.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanners or warehouse management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
