Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts by scanning and tagging products.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections on forklift equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping schedules.
- Handle heavy lifting and stacking of goods with precision and care.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
