Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks before each shift.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by staging, sorting, and locating stock items.
- Ensure the warehouse adheres to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (CDL Class A/B not required but preferred).
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
