Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks with precision, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure all machinery is in safe working condition.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock counts.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily targets and logistical needs.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Ability to obtain a license if not currently certified.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work and tracking shipments.
