Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload freight trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining inventory records.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Fleet Support: Assist with basic yard operations, including organizing trailers and checking dock doors.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all labeling and packaging are correct.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Forklift: Current forklift certification is a plus.
