Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and stage products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Perform pre-shift safety inspections on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Organize and secure cargo to prevent damage during transit.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company warehouse policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (CDL Class A/B is a plus).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for inventory tracking.
