Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment for defects and report maintenance issues promptly to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and digital documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CP, LF, or RF) required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and basic forklift maintenance.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems (e.g., RF scanners).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
