Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts daily to ensure they are in proper working order and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment or distribution.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience operating forklifts (counterbalance, reach, etc.) in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticketing.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
