Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners to ensure inventory accuracy and meet customer deadlines.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient inventory management.
- Document daily activities in the logbook, including material movement and equipment usage.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA compliant) with a valid license.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen as part of the hiring process.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and operating heavy machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team.
